1. Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Customized or built-to-order hardware rigs may require an additional 3-5 business days for assembly and rigorous stress testing before dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer standard and priority shipping options at checkout. Shipping is entirely free on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on package weight and destination coordinates.

3. Tracking and Deliveries

Once your order has left our central facility, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking telemetry. Deliveries are typically completed within 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for priority shipping.

4. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives with visible physical damage, please refuse the delivery if possible, or document the damage with photographs before opening. Contact our support team immediately so we can initiate an insurance claim and dispatch replacement hardware.
